You will need to produce speaker notes for any presentation you give.

Speaker notes are handy, because you can write notes for each slide, and Powerpoint will keep these nots with the slide, and allow you to print these out for you to use during your presentation.

You may also choose to photocopy these speaker notes and give them to your audience at the conclusion of the talk.  These are far better than plain text notes.
