SBR Rubber

Random addition copolymer of styrene and butadiene

Polystyrene is one of the most widely used synthetic polymers in the world.
Polybutadiene is a synthetic elastomer similar to the natural rubbers.
Random copolymerization of these two monomers gives a soft elastomer that is
similar in composition to SBS rubber but with different properties.
