Virginia Smith

Virginia Graduated from the University of Southern Mississippi in 1994 with a BA in Radio, TV and Film, and a minor in art. After working in Los Angeles as a designer/animator in the video game industry, she returned to USM in 1996 to recieve MS in Mass Communication. During her graduate studies Virginia also began her work with the Internet and web design. During and after graduate school she also spent some time overseas in the Czech Republic and even had a chance to write and speak for the English department of Radio Prague - the international service of Czech Radio. Her major interests include drawing, writing for the screen, amateur radio, the Czech language, and playing the piano - especially Bach.
